"This internship means not only experience, but a glance at what my life will be like after school."
Anna Kincaid, Summer Intern 2012

Climax 2012 intern, Charley, worked closely with our CEO, Geoff Gilmore, and our marketing department to depict our Key Mill 3000. Charley developed a graphic which allows visitors to interact with the Key Mill.

Each year Climax interns learn how to interact in a social business setting. This class focuses on proper dining etiquette and conversation.

Climax partners with our local Newberg Fire Department to certify interns in CPR and First Aid.

Since its beginning in 2008, Climax has offered over 100 internships! After a fun summer together, our Climax Newberg group gathers for a group picture.

The 2012 Interns coordinated and facilitated a full day of activities for the children of Climax employees!

Our internship outlines real work projects throughout the program. Each intern is assigned specific projects that reflect their 3 times Return on Investment.
